Outstanding service from Rob. He is one of the most genuine and honest mechanics i have ever meet . I rang him on my way to Brisbane at 4.30 in the afternoon with a overheating issue and he told me to come straight in and had me sorted and back on the road the same night. I've been taking my car to Rob at Quick Fix Automotive Ballina for sometime now. He knows what he is doing and explains everything before doing it, so I don't have a huge invoice at the end. As a single woman who does a lot of long distance driving I love that he takes the time to explain what he has done and what repairs will be coming up and doesn't push to have them done on the spot. I can also tell him if there is a problem and he knows almost immediately what it could be. He is reliable, has done servicing, replacement and repairs on my vehicle.
