Unreal service and attitude. Ignore the bad review above. Gavin and his team are always too eager to help and never charge a cent over what they should. This is an honest garage with great people. Its hard to find such a place.

Reliable quality service

Great bunch of guys

Gavin has always done an excellent job with no fuss, I recommend him to my friends.

Disgusting attitude and treatment from owner Gavin. Car booked in for a whole day for new full exhaust, lpg tune and complete inspection of front suspension components. Could not fit exhaust and failed to be able to read the ECU, so suggested I take it to Ford to diagnose a possible ECU issue. No problem. These things happen. To my surprise though, they never bothered to check out the front end which I said has a loud knocking and creaking sound. I was disappointed to not drive away with a new exhaust and tune but understood things happen and they didn't charge me a cent. All in all I was very happy to come back. When I came to collect the car and receive the bad news, I then booked the car back in for the following week to just have a new muffler fitted. I asked how long they need the vehicle for as I've already lost a day of work. Gavin said it will only be an hour or so, so I asked if he minds if I wait while it gets done. He said that's fine. I then went to get my car. It was pouring rain, so I turned on my wipers but they didn't work. Gavin had engaged in conversation with another customer in the carpark, so I waited patiently for him to finish and then asked if he had a moment. He came to where I was sitting in the car and I told him my wipers aren't working. He said "we didn't touch anything to do with your wipers so I have no idea". He then walked off with a dismissive air about him and back into the shop. I drove home 20km in the rain with no wipers. The following Monday, I received a call from Gavin. He was calling to inform me that he has cancelled my booking and will no longer do any work for me. I asked why and he said "a conflict of interest". I asked what he meant by that and he replied "I won't be given a guilt trip over money and how much you lose by having your car off the road and you tried to blame us for stuff we haven't done". None of this was true. I simply mentioned that my ute is my work vehicle that I need every day and that I've lost one day this week, so another whole day will kill me. I was simply wanting to know how long it needed to be off the road to just have the muffler fitted. Regarding the wipers, I am not a mechanic. If I was, I wouldn't have needed to book in with one. Given the fact that I really needed wipers to get myself home safely and to ensure the safety of other road users, I was simply asking him for his opinion and perhaps assistance to get my wipers working again but no, instead, he took it as an accusation where there was not an accusing tone to be found. He then called me to belittle me and cancel my booking. It was offensive, immature, unreasonable and had an air of paranoia. On top of that, he sent me on my way knowing that my vehicle was unsafe given the conditions. When I got home, I used Google to see which fuses to check out and became aware of a blown fuse. I mentioned this to Gavin who said "maybe you should have driven home to check that before telling me about it". He obviously totally missed the point. I was at a mechanics shop. It was raining. I said my wipers arent working. He showed zero care and was happy to let me drive home like that - i.e. negligence. Later that Monday afternoon, I decided to stick my head under the front of my ute to see if there is anything obvious. I saw something broken and determined that it was the right side sway bar mount. It was completely sheared in two. The next day, I called the wreckers, bought a 2nd hand mount and fitted it myself in 10minutes. I took the ute to Ford who said there is nothing wrong with my ECU, that their standard scan tools could read it and that no other scanner should have any issues. All this after the car was booked in for a full inspection of the front end on top of the exhaust and lpg tune that didn't go ahead. This so and so then has the gall to ring me and accuse me of .. accusing them of not doing their job or costing me money. Pathetic, childish, paranoid attitude.

Excellent service overall. Friendly people. Highly recommended.
