This particular location is terrible. When I dropped off the car, was accused of smoking in the vehicle because of a speck of ash. I admitted I was a smoker but that I never, ever smoked in the car. I don't even smoke in my own car. Expecting a loss in deposit because of it. Poor customer service from that particular older guy. Younger guy, Jarryd, on the other hand was a great help and hadn't been tarnished by this mans lack of customer service.
Disappointing, poor communication. Money was taken from my security deposit without any consent, no one told me the money was being taken out of my account.
