They got me in fairly quickly and sorted my car issues. They gave me a lift to work. They fixed my radio issue at no charge. There was some miscommunication around my pick up to get my car at the end of the day, but they apologised. All in all positive experience.
Staff are very pleasant.
On christmas eve with minutes till knockoff they went out of their way to help with a small issue with my car.
We went to get a service for the car. Their was a service men called Tyson. He called us immidiately and because we came with only one car, he offered to give us a ride. All the time he was super nice. After he obligated for a certain time, he called us much earlier to let us know that the car is ready to go. Had a very good experience with all the service. Highly recommended
Awful experience buying a car from Tim in Sales At Ballina Quayside Motors. Severe lack of communication from Tim even though when we were in store he openly stated how quiet everything was and that he had nothing better to do than come for a test drive. We felt we were constantly waiting for Tim to call or message us with any information. It took him 5 days before we found out where the car we were buying was even located and even then we had to call him. Overall terrible experience at Ballina Quayside Motors especially with Tim in Sales. Wish we went elsewhere as recommended by friends and family.
