Went in to buy a new Hyundai. " We will get back to you in a few days on the trade in price" Filthy dirty showroom, the front entrance had not been swept for weeks. We went in there to spend over $30,000 and you are greeted with this. An absolute disgrace. Went next door to Kia did the deal in 30 minutes, clean, professional, trade in valuation and change over price in 10 minutes. So we bought a new Kia.
Would like to give it a 5 but I once went in to look at a car and the salesman was kinda pushy into selling me a car I didn't want, then when re realised I wasn't a pushover or an easy target he didn't seem to want to speak to me any more. I had researched the car I wanted and was very specific on the type of car I wanted (as anyone would be if you were g on a spend 45-55k). But unfortunately the bloke kinda made me walk away as he wouldn't listen to what I was wanting. On the other hand most of the staff are very helpful, friendly and listen to your questions and or requests. Most of the sales staff aswell but this guy must have had a bad day or just ended to sell that car I guess
Likeable salesman... Rare thing!
