They may as well have a sign at the front saying 'no kids allowed'. Iv been a couple times & they do not like kids near the animals (even fish), always leave feeling like we were nuisance

Staff member(60+ male) was incredibly rude to myself and son. We literally walked in and felt like we were a nuisance to be in the shop....shopping. I thought that I would shop from a 'local' shop especially for Christmas but I guess working in a filthy cesspit brings out the rudeness in workers. I'll happily Recommend and spend my money anywhere else.
