Friendly staff. Wide choice of products. Hours or business could be a bit more broad. But can normally get there on time
A bit disappointed, regular prices have increased, but advertised as specials, which cost me more. No assistance in store or to car offered (unusual). Did not have the product I needed and seemed to have no idea about it. Left me feeling as though I should go elsewhere.
This place is phenomenal. They have pets that are cute dogs that walk around. They are amazing. The employees are all round AMAZING and friendly people.
Im all about supporting local businesses but not when products are double the price as online. For example I can buy PAWS digestive care online for $29.95, the exact same product is $59.95 at pet stock ballina. This is the case with a lot of their products. Im happy to pay a little more to keep it local but not double!!!
