After reading past reviews it looks like I lucked out by getting the new and improved manager as she is lovely! Very hospitable and non intrusive, she always tries to accommodate my son who is autistic and very particular about which room he likes to stay in. One of my favorite motels in Ballina to stay at with a great Chinese restaurant next door. Clean rooms with very comfy beds, close to shops. Always made to feel welcome.
