Very happy with the service i received. I am travelling and need my watch to be working, it had leaked in the ocean and got rust in it. They fixed it and sealed it again very quickly.
We wanted to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary with an eternity ring, but we just couldn't afford it. But the staff mentioned getting the jeweller to custom make me a ring, i certainly didn't think we could afford that until they said the costs would be kept down if we supplied the gold and the diamonds and just paid for the labour. I had my mums jewellery and there was enough to make me a beautiful eternity ring! It's even more special than buying a new one and so much more affordable! I love it!
