Other than a large and varied selection of jewellery, I must say the staff and their helpful attitude is what makes me return time and time again. (AND give the husband hints that a voucher from Gem Array is a very convenient birthday or Christmas pressie.) Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, both face to face or over the phone. I must say I find it a pleasure to visit this store. Thank you.
Was very dissaponted in the judgemental service I received. It is such a shame that in an industry such as yours and in today's day and age your staff were so quick to show judgement and therefore a complete lack of interest in the client. My money is just as good as anyone else's. So as a result of your terrible customer service I took my business elsewhere and will not be recommending your business to anyone.
