Terrible, they are robbers, not what they used to be. If you ask a question re phones etc, they want to be paid for doing it. Daylight robbery.
I was very impressed with the costumer service I experienced at Ballinas Harvey Norman. Jarad H from the tech department was extremely helpful from the moment I walked in store to making sure the very large printer I purchased fit in my vehicle securely when leaving. Thank you!

I wanted to write a review about the outstanding service I received from Gary, in the Ballina store, electrical department I had an issue with an item, it was very difficult to resolve, as my son purchased it on line -it was expensive -Gary spent so much time trying to resolve my problem, over a period of many many weeks, he persisted and after numerous calls to the company and to me he sorted it out -I met him today and he helped me to purchase replacement items and was so helpful and polite - thank you Gary and Harvey Norman .
