BigW has improved massively... Stock..experienced staff..shelving displays..have to say makeup section on weekends on sale stock twice have been messy probably lack of staff in area...otherwise no complaints other than that..testers in this area are not kept up and not matching buying items in colour tone which is making it more difficult to find what you want..and messy...tissues needed because makeup is getting on selling items...
Parking and access is good for disability. Big fire and lots of variety. Good service.

I like the range of books available at Big W for reasonable prices. I do a lot of Xmas shopping in the book aisles. Also during the year will buy books by my favourie author. When I've read them I donate them to the Ballina Library.
