I went to LHP with a knee that my specialist said was basically shot. Full of arthritis and basically heading for a new knee in a couple of years. Was very painful and I had to take a group skiing 2 weeks later. Saw Simon twice and his exercise regime has strengthened my quad and hammy so much so that I've been smashing the slopes of Panorama in British Columbia, Canada with no soreness and a lot of confidence. Great work (and thank you) LHP team.GK
