Overall it's a good store but needs to have a revamp with fresh paint and vibrant colours besides boring white walls and blue carpet.There have been dvds still classified as "overnight" even though the movie has already been on free to air tv. Quite often big patches of empty shelves. A positive, the staff always greet you when you walk through the door and say goodbye when you leave.
