Outstanding in every way. Had a bad coffee at the Wollongbar store. My wife mentioned it when getting my next one at Goonellabah. Manager overheard and implemented re-training at W'Bah straightaway I am told. They also offered her a free drink. Didn't fee right taking it but I can only sing the praises of how well the managers of these stores aim to look after customers. I don't mind paying a little more for such fantastic service. Thank you for completely re-defining the convenience store in such a positive manner.
