Came in today to fix issues with my computer and liked Jerome from the moment he greeted me warmly and said hello. He was very attentive, immediately set about to diagnose and fix the problem on the spot. He went above and beyond. He is knowledgeable, friendly and committed to his customers. Don't be put off by the clutter. He explained the difficult personal circumstances he is experiencing, which leaves him with little time after hours to revamp the shop as needed. He even offered to teach my son how to build a computer from scratch. Wonderful guy. Very happy to support this local business and member of our community.
Not happy with service. had to took my uni laptop in for repair and the man ended up losing mine work. very sad have to do my assessment again. english is second language for me so I hoping my point is across
One word MUNTED! Frst time I went there he was closed in the middle of the day. When I as able to get in there I quickly decided this wasn't the place for me. In what I can really only describe as a hoarders den, the guy seemed stoned or coming off some substance! No way I was leaving my computer there. Went elsewhere and glad I did!
I LOVE this place. They have the best service ever and realistic prices. When I struck a problem on a Friday night, well after hours, I was given one on one attention over the phone to fix it. I'll never go anywhere else!
