Really bad customer service and very rude staff. Had a staff member attempt to return unworn shirt one day later to swap for different size and staff didnt allow swap. The way staff treated him was unacceptable. I rang to try to sort out and was hung up on and when I rang back was told to email them, that they didnt have time to talk to me- they had other customers to deal with. I asked to speak with owner and was told they only get contacted for important matters - they are overseas. Couldnt believe the attitude of the staff. Ended up going to a different store where we were advised this is very commen report in relation to this store.
Terrible customer service.1) I was ignored upon entering the store. My partner was acknowledged though - guess men are more their demographic ... shame we were shopping for me.2) Hardly any assistance from the (unfriendly) girl working there, no offer to help or suggestions about types of boots to try on.3) Then, half way through talking to her (after finally gaining her attention) she toddles off to begin serving someone else (a man).If I could find the specific boots in my size elsewhere I wouldn't have bought them today.
