Been here a fair few times and back in the day they were great. Stopped going here as quality went really downhill and so did the customer service. However I couldnt get in to my usual nail tech and needed infills so I decided to give here another chance. Firstly, halfway through my set the man doing my nails gets up, says nothing to me and walks out side to chat with some friends for about 15 minutes while I was left sitting there awkwardly with no explanation, no apology nothing. Its been 2 days since my infills and two nails have already snapped and most of them are chipped. Ive gone from growing out my nails to having short rough yuck ones. My previous set from a store elsewhere lasted 3 weeks with no chipping or anything. The quality of the products used here is poor and has ruined my nails they are extremely weak now. Im annoyed that Ive yet again wasted my money here.

over the phone, they were rude and impatient. didn't greet at the door, and didn't explain how long the acrylic nails will last for. also didn't explain that you need to go back to the salon to get the nails removed. we were there near closing time and they were rushing to get them, done so they could close. nails have lifted up already. once they finished our nails, they just got up and left. overall, for the price we paid the nails salon wasn't very professional.
Not to happy with the end product. Started off with a man puttimg on my tips once he did them he just got an walked away to serve a customer and do her nails,5-10 minutes later a woman came to finish mine off, she was very rushed and hurt an my mails still hurting 6 hours later.
