Ida and Adam are very down to earth and lovely people. Their story goes way back from baking in New Zealand to Sydney and now settling in Ballina. Their pastries are all made in store with lots of hard work and dedication. Once you eat one of their pastries or bread, you can tell that they consist of only fresh and top quality ingredients. You dont get pies or susage rolls as big as these ones often, I guarantee that. For me, its hard to find bakeries and stores that make in house FRESH cream desserts as I am not a fan of canned cream. However, at this bakery my cravings are always satisfied.Its hard to be fooled by the exterior of the store, but one shouldnt judge a book by its cover and here the same principle applies. If youre around the area, stop by and have a small snack from this humble bakery and you will not be disappointed.
