I paid $185 last year to be treated like an idiot,& for my tax return not to be done properly-I got less than I was quoted,& not informed about it beforehand.Will be going elsewhere this year

Terrible and rude service...I decided to pay more with someone else rather than been treated as an idiot just because I asked for simple informations. I can completely understand why people prefer downloading an app for a tax refund.
